By enrolling in the CareerGravity Affiliate Partner Program, signing in with your Google account, or generating referral links, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Enrollment & Account Integrity

Participation requires authentication through a valid Google account. You agree that all information provided—including payout details, legal name, and promotional channels—is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Commission Rate & Eligible Products

Affiliate Partners earn a flat 20% cash commission on verified customer purchases resulting directly from their unique referral tracking link:

• Self-Hosted Workspace ($149): Commission of $29.80 per verified license.
• Executive Setup & Mentorship ($499): Commission of $99.80 per verified onboarding.

Commission calculations exclude refunds, chargebacks, and applicable sales taxes or processing gateway fees.

3. Attribution & 60-Day Cookie Window

We utilize a 60-day first-party cookie window on a last-touch attribution model. If a visitor clicks your referral link and submits an inquiry or completes a transaction within 60 calendar days, the lead is recorded under your affiliate handle.

4. Manual Sales Verification & Approval Process

To prevent fraudulent transactions, automated abuse, and chargeback exposure, all affiliate sales are manually reviewed and verified by CareerGravity administration (kalyanjit@gmail.com). Verified sales are credited to the partner dashboard following customer payment clearance.

5. Payout Schedules & Minimum Thresholds

• Payout Methods: Commissions are disbursed via PayPal, Wise, Direct Bank Transfer, or Stripe.
• Payout Timing: Verified balances are paid monthly (or on demand once exceeding $50 in verified commission).
• Tax Responsibilities: Affiliates are solely responsible for all local, state, and national taxes on earned commissions.

6. Strictly Prohibited Activities (Zero Tolerance)

Violation of any of the following rules will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of all accrued, unpaid commissions:

• No Self-Referrals: You may NOT purchase a CareerGravity package through your own referral link to receive a discount or commission rebate.
• No Trademark PPC Bidding: You may NOT bid on branded search keywords including "CareerGravity", "Career Gravity", "Flugelsoft", or any confusingly similar variants on Google Ads, Bing, or any ad exchange.
• No Spam or Bot Automation: Unsolicited mass email, bulk forum posting, automated bot messaging on social media, or search spam is strictly prohibited.
• No Misleading Claims: You may NOT guarantee job offers, make false employment placement promises, or misrepresent CareerGravity's software capabilities.

7. Program Modification & Termination

CareerGravity reserves the right to terminate an affiliate partnership or update these terms at any time upon notice. Material changes will be published in the Partner Portal.
